Cancellations made after this period may result in charges for the subsequent billing cycle. - **Project-Based Work**: For custom software development, digital marketing, SEO, or graphic design services that are project-based, cancellation requests must be made in writing. Depending on the stage of the project, clients may be liable for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
#### 2. **Refund Policy** - **Service-Based Refunds**: We offer refunds for service-based contracts only in the case of non-performance or inability to deliver as agreed upon in the service contract. Refunds will be processed after a thorough review of the case and are typically credited within 14 business days. - **Project-Based Refunds**: For project-based work, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the scope of work completed and resources allocated. If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of work completed. - **No Refunds for Change of Mind**: Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind or if the client decides to discontinue the service without any valid reason. #### 3. **Non-Refundable Services** - Certain services, such as consultation fees, third-party software purchases, or any specific non-refundable arrangements agreed upon in the contract, are non-refundable.
